Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase under certain conditions.

Refund Amount

If a refund is approved, the customer will receive 50% of the original course payment amount only.

The remaining amount will be retained towards platform charges, service costs, payment processing fees, and resources provided.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed courses
• Issued certificates
• Downloaded materials
• Significant course usage
• After the refund period

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
